POST-WORKOUT DONE RIGHT It’s not like you walk in the gym, find nearest equipment and start working out. You systematically select which equipment you want and on which days. The numbers of reps and the number of sets are heavily thought about. A lot of time goes into planning your training. So, the last thing you want to do is leave the gym and not accomplish anything. The most important thing to realize is that your training doesn’t end once you leave the gym. One very important phase is still there: post-workout recovery. The two hours immediately following a workout, the hormones and enzymes that contribute to repair and muscle growth are at their highest levels making your body extremely receptive to nutrients. Take advantage of this opportunity! Put together a supplementation and post-workout plan and make serious gains in your journey to a top-notch physique. POST-WORKOUT FOOD AND SUPPLEMENT PLAN 1. Right after you train, consume a post-workout supplement that has simple carbohydrates and quick digesting protein. You should already know that you need those 2 ingredients after your workout, but how should you do it? L-Glutamine is definitely well regarded by most everyone in the bodybuilding and fitness enthusiast community because of it’s well documented scientific research. But personally, I always thought of it as only a kind of “boring” recovery supplement and an immune booster. Although improving recovery and boosting the immune system are important, they don’t really excite me as subject matters as much as do topics like Anabolic Growth and Performance Enhancement etc. The Bodybuilding Benefits of the Conditionally Essential Amino Acid L-Glutamine may be more exciting than you think! Think about it - Growth Hormone increases to the tune of 400%+ without drugs using an affordable over-the-counter nutritional supplement... On top of that, phase in the Glycogen store & Nitrogen Balance improvement created by supplementing with L-Glutamine; and you have what almost seems like a miracle supplement. What’s more, Labrada has sourced the L-Glutamine found in GLUTALEAN from probably the best source possible. The source is found in Japan ( Japanese make great products like Toyotas, Honda’s. Lexus etc. ) from a company called Ajinomoto - probably a step up from the everyday run of the mill glutamine coming mostly from China. Take L-Glutamine, and improve Nitrogen Balance, Improve Growth Hormone levels, Improve Glycogen levels, improve immune system, improve recovery! L-Glutamine is not the boring supplement I used to think it was. I hope that you will agree!
